Infrared and Contact Thermometer for the Food Industry

The HI99556 is an infrared and contact thermometer designed to measure both surface and core temperatures for the food industry. With an external probe, a quick, one-second infrared response time, a HOLD function, and battery life indicator, this thermometer is an ideal solution for temperature measurements in the food industry. There are two models of the HI99556 thermometers, each offering a different measurement range, resolution and option for an external probe. The HI99556-00 covers a temperature range from -10 to 300°C with 1°C resolution, while the HI99556-10 covers a temperature range from -20.0 to 199.9°C with 0.1°C resolution. The HI765PW probe offers core measurements that cover a temperature range from 40 to 150°C.
